Our Specialties

This is the time when greater independence for our elderly population is increasing and time allowed in the hospital is decreasing.  Because of this and the cost containment activity, there is a growing trend toward home care.  We provide RNs, LPNs, Home Health Aides, Occupational, Speech and Physical Therapists.  Priority Healthcare Services is Medicare Certified.

Skilled Private Duty:

Patients need the skills of a nurse for tube feedings, glucose monitoring, care for trachea or ventilator, dressing changes, give medications, and provide hospice care.

CNAs:

CNAs may provide hands on care such as bathing, personal are, medication reminders, provide stabilizations for patients.  Duties also include vital checks, and are trained to care for terminally ill patients, (Parkinson’s disease and Dementia/Alzheimer’s disease).

Homemaker:

Some elderly needs can be met through the assistance of an unskilled, non-medical personnel.  Homemakers take charge of the day-to-day operations throughout the home.

Companion:

For those who like to get out, need to go to an appointment, want company, someone to help with meals, or just need the support of a companion, we are able to provide that assistance.  Even though nursing care is may not be needed, the patient feels safer with someone in the house to help.

Trust Account Services:

Alternatives to hospitalizations or nursing homes can be found at Priority Healthcare Services.  We make independent living a reality by providing a full range of health care personnel to the trust account client.  We assess the home care environment as well as the client and make recommendations as to the care and accommodations that will allow the patient to stay at home with a sense of control and dignity.
